The Colorado Avalanche made three more signings, all of which will likely impact and fill roster spots in the AHL with the Colorado Eagles.
New Signings
Internal signings came from Jack Ahcan and T.J. Tynan. Both got one-year deals to stay in the organization once again.

Ahcan had two games up with the Avs, going pointless. With the Eagles on the blue line, he had five goals and 36 assists in 69 games.
Tynan also found himself playing with the Avalanche for nine games with one assist. In 52 games in Loveland, he had eight goals and 41 assists.
Meanwhile, Colorado finally signed its first new player of the offseason. They’ve brought in Ronnie Attard on a one-year, two-way contract.

Attard is a 26-year-old right-handed defender who was under the Edmonton Oilers’ system. Most recently, though, he played in the NHL with the Philadelphia Flyers before being traded to Alberta.
Standing at 6-foot-3, Attard has 29 career NHL games with two goals and four assists. He’s spent most of his time in the AHL, playing last year with both the Lehigh Valley Phantoms and Bakersfield Condors.
In 66 combined games, he tacked on seven goals and 10 assists. He is signed to a league minimum deal at $775K. He’s likely expected to report to the Colorado Eagles to start next season.

Team Departures
Meanwhile, Colorado lost more familiar faces to free agency. Ryan Lindgren has moved to another team in the Western Conference in the Seattle Kraken.
Lindgren signed for four years with an AAV of $4.5 million. Both of those numbers came in lower than a rumored long-term deal upwards of $7 million.
Chris Wagner also departed from the Avs and Eagles organizations. He’s moved on to the Springfield Thunderbirds, the AHL affiliate of the St. Louis Blues.
Meanwhile, fan-favorite and former Mooseheads teammate of Nathan MacKinnon has found a new home back on the East Coast. Jonathan Drouin has signed a two-year contract worth $4 million a year with the New York Islanders.
But still, the Colorado Avalanche will need to find more replacements in their bottom six and on the blue line. Despite a slow opening to free agency, more is certainly coming from Chris MacFarland and Joe Sakic.
